Our Home Staging service typically begins with a two-hour verbal consultation, which involves us carrying out a room-by-room assessment of your property. This is done as if through the 'eyes of a buyer' in order that we can then advise you of any problem areas that may prevent your house from selling.
We will then offer advice as to how you can best present your property to the market, highlighting it's best assets and suggesting colour schemes, accessories and ideas for furniture placement. Our aim is to help you sell your property quickly and for the best possible price so that you can move on and our verbal consultation will equip you with all you need to get started.
(Prices average £150 for a typical 3 bedroom, 1 reception property)
Written Report
After your consultation you will be able to purchase a full written report including a room-by-room diagnosis, photographs and details of any problem areas that may deter your potential buyers.
A prescription for every room will also be included giving full advice as to how you can address the problem areas, offering suggestions for colour schemes, furniture placement and the use of accessories.
The written report is a great benefit as it will provide a permanent reference for each room and enable you to get started on the improvements, ensuring all areas are addressed.
We are also able to provide contact details for recommended trades people should you require them and can even project-manage some or all of the work on your behalf.
Hands-On Staging
Whether you have carried out the remedial work yourself, or used the services of trades people, your property will benefit from our finishing touches.
We can offer a full hands-on staging service involving everything from shopping for essentials and placing your furniture to carefully adding accessories and displaying artwork.
All of this will be carried out using the principles of Home Staging.

Moving In Service For Buyers
We can even lighten the load when it comes to moving day. We understand that you will have a hundred and one things to think about on the day from keeping an eye on the kids to cleaning up after the removal men have been and so we are pleased to be able to offer our moving in service.
This involves us helping you plan in advance where your furniture will be placed and then being on-site behind the removal men so that we can direct them to the right rooms. Once the furniture is in place we can dress some or all of your rooms with your pre-packed accessories and make the place feel like home for you. Priority can be given to any room, with particular attention paid to getting the beds made up ready for your first night's sleep. We can help with your unpacking too.
